Zhejiang Fangyuan Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is an enterprise subordinate to Fangyuan Group. Established in December 2006, the Company is located in Taizhou Bay New Area. The Company’s registered capital is RMB 65.08 million. In 2020, the total asset of the Company was RMB 483.26 million, its business revenue was RMB 810.59 million, its total profit was RMB 45.35 million, and the Company paid RMB 38.82 million taxes in total. In 2018, the Company acquired 75% equities of Taizhou Siqiang New Building Materials Co., Ltd. 

The Company’s business scope includes: R&D and manufacture of premixed mortar, haydite and concrete products; manufacture of water-based paint, concrete additive and commercial concrete, and specialized contracting of premixed concrete; manufacture of organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer; treatment of solid waste; treatment of hazardous waste. The Company is specialized in R&D, production and sales of premixed concrete, colored permeable concrete, premixed mortar, haydite and ceramic sand, self-insulated materials for walls, ecological pavement bricks, concrete additives, etc. 

The Company has passed the IS09001 international quality system certification and ISO14001 environment management system certification in all fronts. The excellent and world-advanced fully-automatic production system and strict quality management system can guarantee the diversity, timeliness and quality stability of new building material products of Fangyuan. The Company adheres to customer orientation, regards product quality as the top priority, and has included into its corporate culture the management policy of “technological innovation, normalized management, quality upmost and user first”. 

The Company has introduced multiple advanced production lines at home and abroad. All the technologies can match those of domestic and overseas leading companies. The Company has won the honorary title of "National Hi-tech Enterprise". The Company is specialized in R&D, production and sales of sponge city solutions, colored permeable concrete, dry-mixed mortar, haydite and ceramic sand, self-insulated materials for walls, ecological pavement bricks, concrete additives, etc. At present, the Company possesses one 150,000-180,000m3/year haydite production line, two 100,000m3/year haydite concrete perforated brick and pavement brick production lines, one 180,000m3/year haydite aerated concrete block production line, one 300,000t/year dry-mixed mortar production line imported from Germany, three 600,000m3/year commercial concrete production lines, one 20,000t/year concrete additive production line, one 100,000m2/year imitated granite pavement brick and 100,000m/year curbstone production line. 

The Company has always insisted on exploring markets relying on technologies and developing competitive products featured with high quality, attaches much importance to technological reform, actively promotes industry-university- research cooperation with scientific research institutes, has carried out cooperation with Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Wuhan University of Technology and Taizhou University in fields like sludge dewatering, patent technology industrialization and R&D of major projects, effectively improving the Company's R&D level. 

The Company possesses 178 specialized technical and management personnel, including 96 personnel with senior and medium-level titles.
