Product introduction
Pervious concrete is a kind of porous and lightweight new environmentally friendly ground pavement material, which is prepared by mixing small stones, 42.5 cement, admixture with permeable admixtures, water, color intensifiers and stabilizers in a certain proportion. It is a sponge city. Construction supporting products. It can allow rainwater to flow into the ground and effectively replenish groundwater; it can effectively eliminate oil compounds on the ground and reduce its pollution and harm to the environment; at the same time, it can protect nature, maintain ecological balance, and alleviate the urban heat island effect.
Pervious concrete pavement structure
The distribution of the colored permeable concrete pavement structure is shown in the figure below. The first layer: the painted transparent sealant layer; the second layer is the second layer: the colored permeable concrete permeable layer, and the thickness of the layer shall not be less than 6cm. It is the third layer: the permeable concrete permeable layer, which is made of ordinary large aggregate permeable concrete, and the thickness of the laying shall not be less than 10cm; and then to the fourth layer: the base water storage layer, which can be filled with mineral waste with good water permeability. Lay drainage pipes on this layer and make drainage facilities; the last layer is plain soil.

The inherently lower density of the material (15-25% voids) reduces the ability to store heat, approaching the ground covered by natural vegetation in terms of heat absorption and storage
Freeze-thaw resistance
It has stronger freeze-thaw resistance than general concrete pavement, and will not be affected by freeze-thaw surface fracture because its structure itself has large pores
High bearing capacity
It has been identified by the national testing agency that the bearing capacity can fully meet the bearing standard of C20-C25 concrete, which is higher than the bearing capacity of ordinary permeable bricks.
High water permeability
Can make the water penetration rate reach 31-52L/m/h, much higher than the effective rainfall discharge rate under the excellent drainage configuration
